The Scarlet Pimpernel

Music by E.A. Alexander

Book & Lyrics by Margie Royal

“The music and lyrics are tuneful, creative and advance the plot. They arrive in a delightful mix, always waxing and waning between drama and comedy.”

— Dante J.J. Bevilacqua, Montgomeryville Times

“…the reaction from the crowd after the opening performance last Friday was WOW! WOW! What a show! And I agree with them 100 percent.”

— Elizabeth Margerum, Press Focus

“The score by Alexander and Royal is excellent in its reflection of the storyline.”

— Ford Oglesby, The Phoenixville Phoenix

“The show’s 19 songs tell the story well. Highlights include the evening’s two romantic duets, “No Future Without You” and “Misunderstandings” and Act II’s dramatic ensemble number, “Liberty, Fraternity & Equality.”

— Marc Cofta News of Delaware County

“…a sprightly, entertaining evening in the theatre.”
